We have redesigned our 2024 bin with a 200 mm elevated left-hand-side to ensure all grain is safely captured from the header's auger, maximising your yield and income. The same overall easy-to-fill, low-loading height that farmers love has been retained.

FAST 20" AUGER
508 mm diameter single-fold design with 10 mm thick flights welded around 150 mm pipe.
LOW LOAD HEIGHT
One of the lowest on the market, the low overall bin height enables easy loading and reduces the risk of collision from header augers during a busy harvest. The low centre of gravity has the benefit of creating a sturdier ride in the field as well as simplifying road transport.
ROBUST UNDERCARRIAGE
The undercarriage is designed to be ultra-robust, simple and reliable, eliminating potential points of failure. The Australian engineered Harvest tyres with dual bead construction and heavy ply ratings are attached via a 12-stud hub axle.
CUSHIONED A-FRAME
Absorb bumps when travelling over uneven terrain. Our rubber-cushioned drawbar means less wear and tear on the chassis and an increased service life of both the grain cart and your tractor.
CURVED SIDES
The distinctive curved sides of a Davimac chaser bin not only look great, but will withstand the stress of a full, heavy load without being prone to buckling.
CLEANOUT DOORS
Easily ensure the cross-auger is cleared of remaining grain or contaminates with the six cleanout doors operated by a single lever at the rear of the bin.

QUICK UNLOAD
Our huge single-fold 20” auger maximises harvest efficiency with an unload speed of 12 tonnes per minute at 1000 RPM (PTO drive). That is 1 tonne every 5 seconds - or a 25-tonne load (920 bushels) in the truck in just over 2 minutes.
Have your bin built with either left-hand side or right-hand side discharge.
CONTROL THE FLOW
✔ The hydraulic spout with rubber chute allows you to focus and adjust the flow of grain with complete accuracy and control.
✔ A hydraulic kicker allows easy adjustment of the discharge angle and height of the vertical auger for tricky mother bins, semis or silos.
✔ A shut-off door at the base of the vertical auger allows flow-rate control for fast metering crops and easier cleaning.
✔ Auger function can be easily confirmed and monitored via the perspex window at the base of the vertical auger.
ULTRA-BRIGHT AUGER LIGHTS
Twin 48W 16 LED 3,000 lumens lamps mounted to the auger spout enable safe and efficient night operation.
STRONG CONSTRUCTION
The dual-auger design has been built to be rugged and reliable. The 508 mm diameter vertical auger has fully-balanced thick 10 mm flights welded around 150 mm centre pipe, whilst the horizontal cross auger has a 405 mm (16") diameter with 6 mm flights.
The auger protection guard protects the auger from damage and collisions.

CTF ADJUSTABLE WHEEL CENTRES
The wheel centres are user-adjustable from 2.56 m to 3 m for Controlled Traffic Farming (CTF) operations.
GRAIN SAMPLING
Easily collect real-time samples to conduct grain quality tests, promptly detect potential issues, and verify compliance with necessary standards
SINGLE DOOR LEVER
All cleanout doors are connected via rods to enable easy open or closing with one easy to access and operate lever at the rear of the machine.
GATE INDICATOR & WINDOWS
The large open/closed indicator enables easy visual verification of the gate status from the cab. See into the bin through two large 6mm perspex windows.
ACCESS LADDER & HATCH
Easy access inside the bin for maintenance and cleaning. Additionally, a welded foot platform enables safe and convenient passage along the internal length of the chaser bin.
SWIVEL BALL HITCH
Better match smaller tractor pins with our custom designed tow-eye swivel hitch with changeable ball size. This creates a smoother tow with less shunting.
HEAVY-DUTY TARP
900GSM PVC reinforced polyester roll tarp. UV stabilised and FR treated for weather resistance, and heat-welded bonds for maximised durability.
LARGE GEARBOX
With robust durability and exceptional performance in demanding harvest conditions, our gearbox ensures reduced maintenance needs and an extended operational lifespan.
ROAD TRANSPORT KIT

AUGER EXTENSION

The Harvest Trojan R3 800/65R32 radial flotation tyre has been engineered to minimise soil compaction for heavy loads, whilst maintaining high-speed performance and without compromising on traction.
