20" & 24" AUGER MODELS
Our dual-axle chaser bins are the ideal choice for handling bumper crops efficiently. Our proven tandem-axle undercarriage is engineered with a load rating well above the bin’s maximum capacity, providing outstanding durability and fewer maintenance issues in the field during a busy harvest. 45T models are available with rear-steering axle for improved performance.
Besides the larger capacity, our 45T model has all the Davimac features you know and love, plus:
✔ 24" vertical unload auger - 18t/min
✔ 20" horizontal auger
✔ Steering axle
✔ Hydraulic brakes
With more features as standard, larger capacities, and performance and reliability pushed to new heights, our latest model is designed to deliver your smoothest harvest yet.
THAT MAKE DAVIMAC THE BEST.
Davimac bins are built long and low for maximum stability and easy filling. Wheel arches give them one of the lowest bin heights on the market, improving loading efficiency and reducing the risk of header auger collisions during harvest. The low centre of gravity ensures a steadier ride in the field and makes road transport safer and more straightforward.
Engineered for maximum strength and reliability, the axle is rated to carry up to 80 tonnes [2]. The 12-stud hub exceeds the industry-standard 10-stud, reducing the risk of wheel failure under heavy loads for superior performance in tough conditions. Our bins are fitted with durable, Australian-engineered Harvest tyres.
Our rubber-cushioned A-frame absorbs shock when travelling over uneven terrain, reducing stress on the chassis and extending the service life of both the grain cart and your tractor. Paired with the interchangeable ball hitch, Davimac bins deliver one of the smoothest and most stable towing experiences in the paddock.
The floating walking beam suspension allows the bin to travel smoothly over uneven ground while keeping load distribution even along the chassis. On the 45T model, a rear-steering axle enhances manoeuvrability and minimises soil impact, and can be hydraulically locked for added stability when reversing.
Harvest in style! The distinctive curved sides of a Davimac chaser bin aren’t just for looks—they’re engineered to handle the stress of a full, heavy load without the buckling risk of straight walls. Steep 55° angled sides promote smooth, consistent grain flow down to the horizontal auger for faster, more efficient unloading.
Davimac Chaser Bins are 100% Australian-owned and manufactured in our facilities in the Central West of NSW.
Our expansive national dealer network provides local servicing and support, while our online parts store makes sourcing genuine spare parts fast and straightforward.
QUICK UNLOAD:
Our single-fold discharge auger maximises harvest efficiency with an unload speed of up to 12 tonnes per minute for 20" models and 18-tonne per minute for 24" models [3] - that is 1 tonne every 3.33 seconds!!
Left-hand side or right-hand side discharge is available according to your preference.
CONTROL THE FLOW:
✔ The hydraulic spout with rubber chute allows you to focus the angle and adjust the flow of grain with complete accuracy and control.
✔ A hydraulic kicker allows easy adjustment of the discharge angle and height of the vertical auger for tricky mother bins, semis or silos.
✔ A shut-off door at the base of the vertical auger allows flow-rate control for fast metering crops and easier cleaning.
✔ Auger function can be easily confirmed and monitored via the perspex window at the base of the vertical auger.
ULTRA-BRIGHT AUGER LIGHTS:
Twin 48W 16 LED 3,000 lumens lamps mounted to the auger spout enable safe and efficient night operation.
STRONG CONSTRUCTION:
The rugged dual-auger design features a vertical auger with fully-balanced 10 mm-thick flights on a 150 mm centre pipe, and a chain-driven horizontal cross auger—16" on 30T/35T models or 20" on 45T models—with 6 mm flights. An auger guard protects against damage and collisions.
With robust durability and exceptional performance in demanding harvest conditions, our gearbox ensures reduced maintenance needs and an extended operational lifespan.
Easily collect real-time samples to conduct grain quality tests, promptly detect potential issues, and verify compliance with necessary standards.
Easily open or close all six cleanout doors with a single accessible lever at the rear, ensuring the cross-auger is thoroughly cleared of grain or contaminants.
The wheel centres on 30T and 35T models are user-adjustable from 2.56 m to 3.0 m for Controlled Traffic Farming (CTF) operations. 45T models are fixed at 3.0m centres.
Enjoy Smoother towing with less shunting by better matching tractor pin sizes with our custom-designed spherical tow-eye swivel hitch with an interchangeable ball.
Easy access inside the bin for maintenance and cleaning. Additionally, a welded foot platform enables safe and convenient passage along the internal length of the chaser bin.
The large open/closed indicator enables easy visual verification of the gate status from the cab. See into the bin through two large 6mm perspex windows.
900GSM PVC reinforced polyester roll tarp. UV stabilised and FR treated for weather resistance, and heat-welded bonds for maximised durability.
Safely tow your bin between fields on public roads with the weather-resistant 'Oversized' sign, high-viz flags, light beacon, and LED tail lights.
✔ FULLY-REPLACEABLE PARTS
Our 30 tonne and 35 tonne chaser bins have been designed with easy to replace bolt-on parts for simple and straight-forward maintenance.
Spare parts are available to order online.
✔ INCLUDED WITH BIN
✔ NO ESCORT REQUIRED
A contractor's dream. The low profile of our bins simplifies road freight transport requirements, saving on the cost of delivery or relocation.
30T & 35T models generally do not require an escort with wheel centres retracted and auger in transport position. [4]
Fitted weigh scales on each axle with an in-cab DigiStar indicator readout. Perfect for when you need simple monitoring of loads, deliver specific amounts, or track yields paddock by paddock.
Wireless transmitter for connection to Agrimatics Libra Cart Software on your smartphone or tablet. Automatically detect and record unloads and access accurate, real-time harvest data.
Hydraulic brakes give operators greater control, especially when towing heavy loads, reducing stopping distances and enhancing safety in the field and on the road.
Be ready for anything. Mounted 9 L fire extinguisher (air/water mix), or select a forward-mounted fire fighting unit, complete with 400 L water tank, mounting bracket, 6.5 hp pump, and 36 metre hose to dispense water up to 120 L/min.
Change the standard 1000 RPM PTO drive to 500 RPM hydraulic drive to maximise compatibility with older tractors or tractors without PTO. [5]
Three strategically positioned cameras: One on the vertical auger spout, one looking in the bin, and another at the rear. Comes complete with 9" in-cab monitor.
Suit your best chaser bin workflow during harvest with optional factory-fitted right-hand auger discharge.
Add 500 mm to the length of the auger for a total length of over 6.0 metres whilst maintaining single-fold functionality.
Use your bin in the off-season and easily distribute feed around your farm with an adjustable-height auger hopper chute.
Tow additional implements behind your bin with our rear tow and heavy-duty lug with dedicated recovery points.
Trojan R3 800/65R32 radial high-flotation tyre has been engineered to minimise soil compaction for heavy loads, while maintaining high-speed performance without compromising on traction. [5]
