Description:

Davimac Engineering has been manufacturing a quality Chaser bin for the past 15 years. The Davimac Chaser bin benefits from our tough and sturdy design, 6, 10mm plate for the chassis and 3mm sheet steel for the bin sides and 6mm plate for the front and back of the bin. All structural joints are plated for greater strength.

The 15" auger is driven by a heavy duty gearbox and has 6mm flight on all of the augers.

The bin has 30.5 x 32 x 16 ply tyres on the 15/18 ton and 900/60 x 32 tyres on the 23 ton bin and axles rated to 30 ton.

All this combined into one machine shows our dedication to build a quality product that is built to last.

Features:

• Heavy duty frame manufactured from 6.4, 10 and 16mm plate with all structural joints plated for greater strength.

• The bin is constructed of 3mm sheet in the sides and 6.4mm plate in the front and back of the bin. The bin has a full length clean out slide and steep 55 degree sides so that the bin empties.

• Heavy duty floatation wheels are fitted. On the 15/18 ton bin 30.5/32 16 ply tyres are fitted and on the 23 ton bin 900/60 x R 32 TL tyres are fitted to give superior flotation. The wheels are mounted on a heavy duty axle rated to 30 ton.

• The auger 15" vertical auger has a 6.4mm flight and a 3mm barrel for a long life. The cross auger has a large 114mm pipe so there is no need for troublesome middle bearings. It also has a 6.4mm flight.
