Tilmac’s range of Commercial and Industrial sheds has been in huge demand since the new shed manufacturer was launched in January 2011.
New Tilmac clients have been impressed with Tilmac’s choice of either fully-fabricated Commercial or Industrial frames or C purlin frames, and have commented that competitor companies only offer the lighter C purlin sheds.
Tilmac director, Shannon McNab, says Tilmac’s pledge is that staff will not sell a shed that is not suited to a customer’s needs, and having choice allows for this.
“We offer flexible designs and frame types to suit all requirements, and our range is huge,” he says.

The Land (January 19th, 2012) - Business is booming for Tilmac
Tilmac have just clocked their first anniversary, and not only are they celebrating a successful first 12 months but also plan to expand the Molong based business. More distributors are coming on board, taking our brand within reach of people accross all of Eastern Australia.
Tilmac director Shannon McNab main aim is to "produce the best product possible that people are happy with". Tilmac are clearly on the right track as sales have increased by an average of 10 per cent on a monthly basis since they started out with Tilmac.
November last year, in Western NSW, the Clifton family erected their 24 metre by 15 metre machinery shed. Mr Clifton said they had been thinking about getting a shed for many years to store machinery, and also when the need arose for storing hay. "I'd had several prices and I ran into them (Tilmac) at Agquip," Mr Clifton said. "The materials for the shed looked very strong and well made. The price came back quite well so that was probably the deciding factor." He also said the back-up support over the phone while putting up the shed was good. "I was pleased with how it all went together in the construction".
The increase in demand has Tilmac now focusing on expanding the company through distributors. Mr McNab wants to provide customers a local face to talk to. "With Tilmac you get everything. Ag - Quip (August 16th Aug-18th Aug 2011)
Tilmac was represented at this year's Gunnedah Ag-Quip by Inverell and Raymond Terrace / Singleton Distributors. A better than positive response was recieved upon the many requests for our fabricated Industrial Range with follow-ups still being persued through to potential customers. A great effort by Ali Wilks (Inverell), and Anton and Annette Duhring (RT, Singleton). Shannon McNab was excited to see the inquiry as high as it was and certainly hopes that there are a few buyers amongst the lot.
With a bit of a tidy up and a few Tilmac touches, we believe Ag-Quip was a success.
